IT Support
High-volume user support, device deployment, troubleshooting and vendor coordination across busy workplaces and multiple locations.
Enterprise applications · IT operations · Systems
I’m Anthony Rodriguez. I’ve developed business applications for large organizations and supported the systems, networks, and devices their teams rely on every day. My experience in both software and IT helps me solve problems and keep technology reliable and effective.
Based in Downey, California
About
I started in IT support at Simon Marketing, where a two-person team supported more than 200 marketing executives across two floors. At DaVita, I moved from project management onto the main development team for a web application that changed how patient information could be managed across an organization of roughly 400 dialysis facilities. At Best Buy, I developed an employee portal for Best Buy Canada that included an auction site for returned merchandise.
My experience in software development and hands-on support shapes how I work today. At ANWOL, I support staff across user accounts, devices, networks, cloud services and websites. I look at problems from both sides: what the person is trying to do and what’s happening in the systems they rely on.
I continue to build applications and explore new tools. My AI and machine learning fellowship at Columbia Business School added to that ongoing learning, alongside hands-on development and automation projects.
