About
I understand technology from the application to the network.
I began my career in software development, building business applications and working with databases and reporting systems. Today, I manage IT operations for a multi-location organization, supporting the networks, devices, accounts and services people rely on every day.
Working on both sides has shaped how I solve problems. I can follow an issue across the network, the operating system and the application, then turn the fix into something dependable and practical for the people using it.
I continue to build on that foundation through hands-on projects and study, including an AI and machine learning fellowship at Columbia Business School. I’m interested in how emerging tools can help organizations work more effectively.

IT infrastructure
Multi-Site Technology Operations
- Challenge
- Support staff, devices and connectivity across four organizational locations.
- Approach
- Manage user accounts and cloud platforms, deploy workstations, maintain UniFi networks, troubleshoot firewall connectivity and coordinate vendors.
- Result
- Day-to-day technology support and administration for approximately 100 users through one IT point of contact.
Process automation
Google Sheets to Calendar Integration
- Challenge
- Keep calendar events aligned with hearing details maintained in a spreadsheet.
- Approach
- Build an Apps Script workflow that creates and updates events, validates date and time fields, and records event IDs, errors and update timestamps.
- Result
- Calendar events can be managed from the sheet, with status information available in the same row.
AI application development
Conversational AI & Document Retrieval
- Challenge
- Build a conversational application that can retrieve relevant information and maintain context.
- Approach
- Develop a RAG chatbot using FastAPI, LangChain and Ollama, with vector retrieval, conversational memory and Docker.
- Result
- An application combining document retrieval with a conversational interface.

Organizational Website Administration
- Challenge
- Maintain public websites and keep organizational information current.
- Approach
- Build and update WordPress pages, maintain forms, adjust HTML and CSS, and troubleshoot hosting, DNS and site issues.
- Result
- Ongoing website maintenance and publishing support for program information and career opportunities.
